Terms and Conditions

This page outlines the terms and conditions for accessing RSGoldRush.com and its related products & services. By accessing RSGoldRush.com, you (“The User”) automatically accept our Terms and Conditions. RSGoldRush.com (“We”, “RSGR”) reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review this page regularly.

Provided below are the Terms and Conditions (further referred to as “Terms”) which outline the list of policies and terms within the RSGR website and/or its affiliated companies & services (hereafter referred to as “Services”).

RSGoldRush.com and RSGR are not affiliated in any form or fashion with Jagex LTD., the creator of “RuneScape”. RuneScape is a registered trademark of Jagex Limited 2020.

All game content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, data compilations are owned by the game publisher or its licensors and are hereby protected by international copyright laws. 

Provided Products and Services

The list of provided products and services is available (but not limited to) on our webpage, www.rsgoldrush.com, and any of the content pages related to it. You may request additional information about the full list of services by contacting an authorized RSGoldRush representative via the Live Support in the bottom right corner of the website, or by emailing us at [email protected]. Products and services advertised are provided “as is” and they are subject to availability.

Pricing, Fees, and Payments

RSGR provides Services on its website which can be purchased through a variety of payment methods and payment processors. RSGR displays the unit price on the product page, along with a subtotal price once an amount is input in the “Amount” box. 

Additional payment processing fees may apply depending on your payment method selection. These fees are displayed as “Total Price” below the payment method selection. RSGR transaction fees are applied in order to approximate the cost of processing an order with a specific payment processor. The application of these fees is necessary to provide competitive pricing.

Certain payments may be subject to KYC and AML policies, which aim to prevent fraud and ensure the RSGR platform is being used for legitimate purposes. RSGR reserves the right to deny service at its discretion, for any reason. If RSGR denies you service, your payment will be refunded within 24h via the same payment method with which it originated. Refund time may be subject to delays from third party payment processors. 

RSGR may also restrict order volumes to specific users over a specified time frame. If a User exceeds their order volume, RSGR may provide notice to the user and either refund their order, or apply restrictions on future orders. The User is responsible for adhering to these restrictions.

Circumventing Service Denial

If a User has been denied service on RSGR and continues to attempt further purchases, they are in major violation of our Terms of Service. This includes using alternate identities, accounts, and other deceptive practices to obfuscate that they are the end user of a specific transaction. RSGR reserves the right to withhold payments from Users who deliberately ignore and attempt to bypass order restrictions.

Ordering on Behalf of Third Parties

Ordering on behalf of a third party is against our terms of service. Using our platform as an intermediary to an unrelated transaction is against our terms of service. 

Ordering on Behalf of Related Parties

Ordering on behalf of a friend or family member requires the express consent of the payment originator (“Cardholder” or “Account Holder”). You are responsible for obtaining consent, and you will be responsible for the financial impact of any payment disputes which arise from your related parties.

Order Delivery

RSGoldRush uses a network of suppliers and affiliates to complete in-game services provided on our website. All in-game delivery communication is to be conducted on our Live Support in the bottom right hand corner of the website. RSGR will never communicate using the in-game chat service. RSGR is aware that unrelated third parties (“Scammers”) often use the in-game chat service to trick customers.

Refund/Return Policy

Should you decide to cancel your Gold order, you are entitled to request a refund at any point prior to the in-game transfer. Once the in-game transfer is completed, the sale is final and no refund can be provided. Therefore, payments for orders which were successfully delivered shall not be refunded or returned for any reason. We may also refund your order at our own discretion, for any reason. 

Refunds are processed within 24h, but they may be subject to delays based on your payment provider.  

Fraud

Use of a VPN/Proxy/VPS service will result in the immediate termination of any and all services provided to you by RSGoldRush. If a circumstance occurs where your payment is reversed following a completed order by RSGoldRush, RSGoldRush reserves the right to deduct the reversed amount from future orders made by you, including any additional fees applied by the related payment processor.

In-Game Infractions or Punishment

RSGoldRush takes no responsibility for actions taken against your ingame account. You are responsible for any infractions made against your ingame account.

Indemnification

Upon request, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RSGoldRush.com and our affiliates, contractors, vendors, and content providers from all liabilities, claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, that arise from or relate to a breach of these Terms & Conditions for which you are responsible or in connection with your distribution of any content on or through RSGoldRush.com services.

Remedies

You agree that these Terms and Conditions are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than the parties to these Terms. You also understand and agree that this Terms & Conditions and the Supplemental Terms incorporated into this Terms of Service, including enforcement of those policies, are not intended to confer, and do not confer, any rights or remedies upon any person.

Severability

If any part of this Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as nearly as possible, the original intentions of The Company, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver

The failure of The Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Terms & Conditions will not constitute waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of this Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in a writing signed by RSGoldRush.com
